We are experienced in handling Post Grant Proceedings including Post-Grant Review, Ex Parte Reexamination, Inter Partes Review, and Reissue.

We regularly conduct trial proceedings at the U.S. PTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board in Alexandria, Virginia, and the PTO's Dallas, Texas location, and other forums where PTAB trials are conducted.  We are also experienced in handling appeals and conducting oral argument at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C.  And we regularly handle federal district court litigations and jury trial.  Our litigation practice overlaps our litigation and trial practice seamlessly.
